According to police, the victims, **one in his 40s and the other in his 50s**, were walking eastbound on 52nd Street when they were struck by a southbound black sedan on 3rd Avenue.  Sadly, they were pronounced dead at the scene by EMS and the FDNY.

The **investigation** is currently underway, and **no arrests have been made**.  Authorities are appealing for any witnesses or information that could aid in identifying and apprehending the driver responsible.
