Good Samaritans Step Up

Good Samaritans, including Ryan Tucker, a visitor from Oregon, sprang into action. Tucker described the scene: "I ran over and noticed there was a little boy, his leg was underneath the front passenger tire as it was spinning." He and others lifted the cab to free the mother and son.
