Sushi by Scratch is the brainchild of Chef Phillip Frankland Lee, who, alongside his wife and pastry chef, Margarita Kallas-Lee, runs the Scratch Restaurants Group. Lee's dream has finally come true, bringing his exquisite sushi experience to the culinary capital of the United States.
