An MTA bus had a terrifying near-miss on Friday morning in Riverdale, Bronx. The bus crashed into a guardrail on the Henry Hudson Parkway West, causing the front end and at least one wheel to hang precariously over the edge of an overpass above Kappock Street near Independence Avenue.
