A Historic Landmark, Reimagined

The Katharine occupies a historic 1910 landmark building, formerly known as Katharine House, a women's residence. BKSK Architects meticulously restored the pre-war facade, while Berkus curated the interiors, drawing inspiration from classic uptown elegance with a modern twist.

Luxurious Details and Thoughtful Design

Each residence boasts custom millwork, vintage Italian lighting, and bespoke stone flooring. Kitchens feature breakfast nooks, while spacious living and dining areas are perfect for entertaining.
