Stowaway Indicted After Epic NYC-Paris Flight

Svetlana Dali, 57, has been indicted in New York for her audacious attempt to stow away on a Delta Air Lines flight from JFK Airport to Paris. After being discovered onboard without a boarding pass, she was initially detained in France and later returned to the US.

Dali's troubles didn't end there. She was subsequently re-arrested for removing her court-ordered GPS tracker and attempting to enter Canada. In an FBI interview, she confessed to intentionally evading security and Delta staff.

If convicted, she faces up to five years in prison.

This incident raises serious questions about airport security and highlights the lengths some individuals will go to avoid paying for airfare.
