New York City is experiencing another day of brutally cold weather and strong winds. A wind advisory remains in effect until 10 PM Thursday.

**Wind gusts are expected to reach 35-50 mph**, making it feel much colder than the actual temperature.  Residents should be prepared for potential downed tree branches due to the strong winds.
