The early start allows parents to enjoy a night out while still managing childcare responsibilities. One couple even described it as "better than couples therapy!" The trend also caters to those in their late 30s and 40s who appreciate a more relaxed celebration.

The appeal extends beyond parents, as evidenced by the success of Cubbyhole's 7 PM countdown, originally intended for regulars with disabilities but garnering widespread popularity.

"I thought it would be a silly thing that drew a few folks, but the flier has gotten a ton of [Instagram] engagement," said Cubbyhole's general manager.

This early-bird trend reflects a post-pandemic shift in social habits, with some people preferring earlier nights out. The atmosphere at these early celebrations is described as "wholesome," with respectful patrons enjoying a calmer party environment.
